Do you take a cut of my sales?

No. Not a percentage, not a per-order fee, nothing. Your customers pay you directly and the money never passes through us, so every order is yours in full. A Pro subscription is the only thing you ever pay Chanis.

How do my customers pay?

However you already arrange it. Customers place the order on your storefront — item, quantity, delivery details and anything else you ask them — and you settle up together the way that suits you both, like cash on pickup or on delivery. You write the payment instructions at checkout in your own words.

What do I get on Pro?

Unlimited products (Free lists up to 6), multiple storefronts, and a custom domain with the Chanis badge removed. Start on Free and upgrade in a click when you outgrow it.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on Pro. Every shop gets a free yourname.chanis.app address; Pro lets you connect a domain you own (with automatic SSL) and removes the Chanis badge.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Nothing you brought with you is locked up here. Your products, your photos and your customer relationships are yours, we ask for no exclusivity, and disconnecting Instagram takes one click and leaves your account exactly as it was. There is no contract and no notice period — stop paying and you keep everything you arrived with.
